Meyvi Wedelia is a Creative Director who’s most passionate about ideas that don’t just sell, but also shape culture. For over 15 years, she has helped global giants like Google, YouTube, AB InBev, and Unilever move beyond advertising and into culture; turning their global voices and a “one-size-fits-all” playbook feel more at home in markets as nuanced as APAC.

Born in Indonesia, based in Singapore, and collaborating across continents from APAC to Europe and South America, Meyvi thrives on the tension between cultural nuance and global scale. She leads with equal parts strategy and storytelling, always searching for that sweet spot where business problems meet creative breakthroughs.

Recognised as one of only 10 female creative leaders in Asia through Spikes Asia’s See It Be It program with Cannes Lions, she champions inclusive leadership and mentors emerging talent through top industry institutions like Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Temasek Polytechnic, and regional programs. She’s spoken and judged at the YouTube Works Awards and MMA Smarties, and her work has picked up nods from Spikes Asia, The One Show, One Asia, Mad Stars, and more.

When she’s not shaping brands, she’s diving into cinema, into the unease of Glazer, the absurdism of Yorgos, the intensity of Noé, and the eerie touch of Aster. The films that become a constant reminder that the best work doesn’t play it safe. Which is also why she now calls GUT home.
